The High Performance Program is the pinnacle of our training structure, designed for players aged 17 and above who are actively playing or aspiring to play Premier Cricket Grade 2 or higher, or who are pursuing state or national pathways in both men's and women's cricket. This program is for athletes who possess unwavering commitment and a relentless drive to excel at the highest levels of competition. Building upon the advanced skills and discipline cultivated in our Youth Performance - Advanced program, the High Performance Program demands an elite level of dedication and focus. Participants engage in a weekly pace stability coaching session, focusing on advanced strategies, match simulations, and performance optimization. This is complemented by a weekly pace stability training session, emphasising consistency, accuracy, and bowling under pressure. Recognising the crucial role of peak physical condition, this program incorporates an individualised strength program, requiring 2 sessions per week. This program is tailored to each athlete's specific needs, focusing on maximising power, strength, and injury prevention. A dedicated speed and conditioning program, implemented 2 times per week, targets agility, speed, endurance, and explosive power, essential for the demands of high-level cricket. Age Group : U17 & above (Boys & Girls) Ideal player : Playing or aspiring to play Premier Cricket grade 2 or above under 17 and above pathways - mens and womens.
