The Youth Performance - Advanced program is designed for dedicated cricketers aged 14 and above who are serious about taking their game to the next level. This program represents the logical progression from our Youth Performance - Beginners program, and is also suitable for exceptional students from the Development program who demonstrate the commitment and skill required for advanced training. It caters to players who aspire to compete at higher levels and are willing to embrace a rigorous training regime. Building upon the foundation established in previous programs, Youth Performance - Advanced emphasises intensive pace stability coaching and training. Participants engage in weekly pace stability coaching sessions, focusing on advanced techniques, strategic bowling, and competitive scenarios. These sessions are complemented by weekly pace stability training, focusing on consistency and accuracy under pressure. Recognising the critical role of physical conditioning in high-performance cricket, this program incorporates a structured gym program, requiring attendance 1-2 times per week. This program focuses on developing strength, power, and injury prevention. Additionally, a dedicated speed and conditioning program is implemented 1-3 times per week, targeting agility, speed, endurance, and overall athletic performance. The Youth Performance - Advanced program demands commitment, discipline, and a strong desire to excel.
